Born in 1964. She studied at the Faculty of Graphics of the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts Łódź (1983-1988). She was awarded a degree in Professor Andrzej Bartczak’s Woodcut Techniques Studio and Professor Stanisław Fijałkowski’s Painting Studio in 1989.She has been teaching composition at the Faculty of Graphics and Painting at AFA Łódź for 24 years. For 11 years she worked as the assistant of Professor Andrzej Łobodziński, a teacher and an abstract painter who still remains her Friend and Master. She has been the head of the Basic Composition Studio I for 14 years (for 7 years as a professor). In her studio, Professor Wieczorek realizes a unique teaching programme. The method is based on the best principals of artistic education (John Devey, Bauhaus, Władysław Strzemiński, Joseph Albers). The exhibitions of her students’ works organised every few years present a high artistic level and are significant events in the life of the Academy. Professor Wieczorek has been awarded twice for her didactic activity.
Professor Wieczorek creates in the fields of artistic printmaking, painting, drawing and poetry.
She has prepared 12 solo exhibitions. She is an author of architectural painting and editorial realizations.
